The paddle features an 8mm polymer honeycomb core surrounded by white EVA foam, encased in yellow foam and carbon fiber. The handle is wrapped in carbon fiber fabric for superior grip and durability.
The advanced 3-layer carbon fiber plate construction consists of:
Thermoforming: The carbon fiber plate is glued to the honeycomb core and placed in a mold for 25 minutes of thermoforming at approximately 130°C, creating a 360-degree integrated paddle structure.
Surface Finishing: Patterns are printed using UV technology to preserve surface friction characteristics. Laser engraving is avoided to prevent surface damage.
Final Assembly: Edge guard strips and grips are customized according to player preferences, with various color and material options available.
